I still feel unsure about things. Have you ever had that feeling that you have handed your homework into a teacher and you wait forever to get it back?? Then while you are waiting, you begin to think "Did she get it? Is it that bad that I haven't got it back yet? Is it lost?" I have a lot of thoughts going through my head right now! I just hope all is well and I am actually overthinking things!
I know and understand that things can get a little hectic, but when you have students that are waiting for you, it can get a little frustrating on this side! I am a visual learner and I also like clarification on my assignments, but when I don't get that, I don't feel at ease with myself of the work that I created! Hopefully, this "being worried" will come to an end and I will begin to get some answers!

What's going on...
Did I miss something. Over the past few weeks, I feel that our instructor isn't teaching this class anymore. This is the first class that I have taken online where I feel unsure if I am completing what is required of me. Weird feeling.

Still wondering...
I just finished my Web 2.0 promo and I was feeling a little unsure about it. I wasn't clear on what she exactly wanted and I have tried to get a hold of Katie Morrow over the past two weeks, but there has never been a response from her, which makes me worried about other things. Anyone else having the same problem? Maybe there is a better way to get a hold of her other than GMail or through blackboard!?
During the the summer, I am also taking two other classes. The first was Developing Literacy in the Classroom, which was great and it was a "breeze". During this week, I am taking my Research Methods class. It really isn't difficult, it is just a lot of work and it really makes you think about things and makes you a better professional! Overall, I am exhausted, but I know the end is coming soon!

That was fun...
I have completed my virtual field trip and I feel that it was an interesting experience for me. I basically designed my field trip for pre-schoolers, but more for the teacher to read and help the students to interact with. I tried to do some cool things with it, like adding sound and graphics, but in the end it was taking too long to make EVERYTHING WORK, so I decided to scratch them from the final project for now. When I decide to use the actual field trip, I will try to add those things back. Anyway, it was a fun experience and I actually enjoyed making it!

Virtual Field Trip
I have decided that I am going to make a virtual field trip based on our solar system. There are so many great websites, but one in particular will be more helpful for young minds! Since I am making a field trip for a young group of children, I am designing it as something the teacher would complete with the children. The instructor would be in charge of reading and clicking on the slides. There are plenty of pictures and interesting facts a long the way to keep the students' interest. This experience is actually very neat because I am beginning to learn more about different planets. As teachers, I feel that we learn the most by researching subject matter that we will be using in our classrooms. I feel that since I have become a teacher, I have learned so much more than I would ever have!

The Search Begins...
I am recently teaching preschool and I am a little overwhelmed on how to make technology work for my youngsters. Most of the time, all they care about is PBS kids on the Internet, but they are learning the basic knowledge behind how a computer actually works. Sometimes, they actually surprise me and find websites that I didn't even think existed!
As I look through the many assignments that we have, I feel that I will be taking away a lot of knowledge about actually how to use the Internet to my advantage. Instead of teaching children how to make things or do things on the Internet, I feel that I will be using it more as a tool for myself to become a better teacher. Does anyone else teach preschool?

First Time Blogger
I have never blogged before so I hope this experience is a good one. I feel that this will open my eyes to new experiences and I will learn more about myself, as well as others. There is a first time for everything!
